Featuring native Lemon Myrtle, Ceylon Cinnamon, and Green Cardamom pods “ME TIME” has been crafted as a novel spiced tonic just for you - and here’s how you can brew yours!
Brewing instructions:
Pour contents of pack into a saucepan with 2 cups (~400ml) of water and bring to a boil.
Allow to boil on a medium to high heat for at least 8 - 10 minutes, then simply strain into your favourite mug. Add a slice of fresh lemon to serve - a drop of honey or maple is optional - and sip away!
If you’re keen to try something a little different, here are a few other recipe ideas for you to try.
Firstly, pop all the ingredients into a spice blender to form a ground powder – this is now ready for sprinkling into and onto an array of dishes!
You can store this ground blend in a sealed container for 6-9 months.
Breakfast:
Simply sprinkle ½ tsp of the blend into a morning yoghurt or
Baking & desserts:
Use 1 tsp of the blend into lemon-based desserts (like lemon tarts or cheesecake), whipped creams, yoghurt-based lemon cakes or muffins, or added to coconut-based bliss balls.
