CARDAMOM LEMON BLISS BALLS
VEGAN, GLUTEN & REFINED SUGAR FREE
Serving size: 10 balls
Ingredients
100g Almond flour (or oat or coconut flours)
50g Flaked coconut (or shredded or dessicated)
1.5 tsp Ground green cardamom (or ~15-20 green cardamom pods, blitzed into a powder)
Zest of one lemon
3 tbsp of olive oil (or coconut oil)
60ml maple (or honey or malt rice syrup)
Method
1- Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine
2- Add wet ingredients and combine until all the ingredients start to stick together
3- Scoop generously using a 1 tbsp measuring spoon then roll between lightly oiled hands into a ball shape
4- Repeat for the rest of the mixture
5- Place on a tray and into the fridge for at least an hour
